FAQs

Q1. Will the joystick slip easily?No. The joystick has a silicon pad at its bottom. With a bit press, the stick can be vacuum-adsorbed and closely attached to the mobile screen.

Q2. Why doesn’t the joystick work in games occasionally?It works only when the finger contacts the conductive metal pad in the central stick, and making a contact to the screen to control directions. Contact on the outer plastic instead of the metal part will make the stick losing its conduction and directions in games.

Q3. My finger is long/short, can the grip move upwards/ downwards?Yes. Enough space is spared at the plug of the grip. By sliding slightly, it can move upwards/ downwards.

Q4. Why can I not take the swing arm apart?You may feel tight when you’re trying to pull it out of the grip because the plug of the swing arm was designed to secure from loosing. If the plug is too tight, holding the grip and pull out with a bit force can it be taken apart or contact us for help.

Q5. Does my iPhone SE/iPhone 5 fit it? Does my iPad fit it?No and no. Technically, F1 fits smartphone sizes from 5.5inch to 6.2inch. iPhone SE/iPhone5 is a bit small and iPad is too big to fit.

Connecting to Android Phones/ Tablets:

Via Bluetooth

1. Hold down the “A” button and “Home” button simultaneously for 2 seconds, the Android Mode indicator starts flashing. It means that the controller is ready to be connected to your Android Tablet or Phone. 
2. To pair the controller, go to your Android devices and follow the User Interface flow below: Settings> Turn on Bluetooth> Search for new devices> “GameSir-T1s” will display on the screen. 
3. If your T1s is paired and connected, the Android Mode indicator of  T1s will stay on.

* If connection fails, please connect the gamepad in GameSir World App:

1. Go to GameSir World APP and navigate to GameSir Spirit interface.

2. Tap «Connect» button on the top to automatically search and connect to the gamepad.

Connecting to Android TV BOX:

Connecting via 2.4Ghz wireless dongle

1. Pull out the 2.4Ghz wireless dongle from the front side of the controller.
2. Inserting the 2.4Ghz dongle into the USB port of Android TV BOX, hold down “A” button and “Home” button of your T1s simultaneously for 2 seconds.
3. If the controller is connected successfully, the Android Mode indicator of T1s will stay on. 

Via Wired Connection

1. Hold down “A” button and “Home” button simultaneously for 2 seconds.
2. Take out the USB cable included in your GameSir T1s package, plug one end of the cable into your T1s and plug the other end into a USB port of the Android TV BOX.
3. If the controller is connected successfully, the Android Mode indicator of  T1s will stay on. 

Via Bluetooth

1. Hold down the “A” button and “Home” button simultaneously for 2 seconds.
2. The Android Mode indicator starts flashing. It means that the controller is ready to be connected to your Android TV BOX. 
3. To pair the controller, go to your Android TV to open the Bluetooth and search, “GameSir-T1s” will display on the TV screen, click to connect via Bluetooth. 
4. If your T1s is paired and connected, the Android Mode indicator of T1s will stay on.
